A spacious 5 bedroom Farmhouse and beautiful gardens — there's plenty of headspace to unwind at Migration Studios.
Staying at the farm is free for the duration of your recording sessions (up to 5 band/crew members).
THE FARMHOUSE
The 20th century Cotswolds stone farmhouse is situated at the heart of the farm and has been entirely renovated and modernised. The spacious dwelling can sleep up to 10 crew/band members (7 individually.) It is boldly designed with bright colours, and is the definition of modern country chic.

THE GARDENS
The stunning grounds include a unique Cotswolds walled garden, multiple seating and dining areas, a 40 foot pergola with hanging wisteria, and life sized elephant sculptures.
Whilst the grounds provide perfect spots for relaxing in, there are also an abundance of walks straight out the farms gates with miles of countryside to explore. An added bonus; the quaint local pubs are a 10 minute journey away.
